Our Story

Originally built  as a grand  Edwardian residence  next to  the West Common, 126 Lincoln was  aquired by Bond Housing Group  in 2017 having been previously poorly converted into a  guest house in the 1970s.

The building was  fully refurbished  at a cost of over £400,000 between June 2023 and June 2024  and  then relaunched to offer a range of studios and cluster studios  which are available to both  students and professionals,  but  typically occupied by working professionals  including doctors and teachers.

For those working  or studying  from home,  each studio in this location benefits from a large work station/ desk and   1Gb business grade broadband delivered  via a Unifi Mesh Network.

As is to be expected,  the  most stringent safety standards  are  also  incorporated into the building which was refurbished after  changes made by the the Building Safety Act 2022.
