Our Story

Originally built  as a grand  Edwardian residence  on one of Lincoln's  premier roads, 19 Lincoln had previously been poorly converted  into a dental surgery in the 1970's  and had latterly fallen into disuse and decay with structural issues, damp, a leaking roof and un-remediated asbestos contamination.

Our extensive back to brick refurbishment followed  break-ins and vandalism, and  finally in  summer 2019 after much work,  the development  was completed and  now offers  7 bespoke city centre   apartments each with  private secure  car parking which  are available to  students or professionals within the Brayford and West End  conservation area.

In 19 Lincoln we were presented with the opportunity  to restore  many of the  original Edwardian features and  whilst  the original sash windows were long  beyond repair,  as part of the refurbishment, we  have reinstated new double glazed sash windows and restored the tessellated tiled floor in the grand entrance passage way.

Of course the most stringent safety standards and latest technology are incorporated into the building without compromising its history and integrity.
